Salina McLaughlin, Publisher is a lifelong resident of Bergen County, NJ. She brings three decades of experience in marketing, branding, customer acquisition and retention strategy, and client relationship management to her role as Publisher of Ramsey Neighbors since 2019. Her sharp marketing acumen and natural ability to connect with business owners have made her a trusted advisor and invaluable resource to local businesses and organizations. Raised in Allendale, Salina is deeply rooted in the community she serves. After graduating from Monmouth University and building a successful career in the fast-paced direct marketing industry, she and her husband Bill - who grew up in Ridgewood - settled in Ramsey in 2009. Together, they raise their two children, Maddie (19) and Kyle (16), along with their beloved goldendoodle, Ripley. Salina is known for her integrity, professionalism, and her passion for helping others succeed. She is an active member of the Ramsey Chamber of Commerce. When she’s not working, Salina enjoys spending time with her family, taking long walks with Ripley, cooking, boating, and giving back to others in the community she loves.

Lauren DePaul Schreiber, Publisher grew up in River Edge, NJ. After attending College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts and spending several years in New York City, she and her husband Jeremy settled in Ramsey in 2003. They now live in the Ramsey Golf & Country Club with their three children - Katie (19), Jack (17), and Caroline (14) - as well as their two dogs, George Bailey and Charlotte. Lauren has spent the past three decades immersed in the magazine industry, holding positions at prominent publications such as Sport, Teen People, People StyleWatch, and People. She’s now thrilled to bring her passion for storytelling to a local level as she helps shape Ramsey Neighbors into the “People magazine of Ramsey.” She believes every resident has a unique story to tell and is dedicated to sharing those stories with the community she loves. She is an active member of the Ramsey Chamber of Commerce. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Lauren spending time with family and friends, planning her next travel adventure, volunteering at her children’s schools, cheering from the sidelines at their games, or proudly applauding from the front row of their school plays.

Jenny Berberich is a lifestyle photographer based in Ramsey, New Jersey, known for capturing authentic, joy-filled moments through her lens. A graduate of the University of Vermont with a degree in Elementary Education, Jenny began her career as a kindergarten teacher before following her creative calling into photography. Married to her high school sweetheart, Adam, Jenny is a proud mom of three energetic boys. When she’s not behind the camera, you’ll find her traveling with her family or cheering from the sidelines at her sons’ games. Whether it’s around town, at school, or on the field, Jenny is almost always nearby - camera in hand - ready to freeze life’s fleeting moments into lasting memories.

Lisette Stahl, Designer - Lisette Stahl grew up in Gettysburg, PA. Her professional background in magazine layout and design led her to her current role as Designer of Ramsey Neighbors. She went to school for Fine Arts and looks at every page of a magazine as her canvas. She is thrilled to be a part of the Ramsey Neighbors team and is proud to creatively assist Lauren and Salina as they tell the stories of the amazing Ramsey residents and local businesses. Lisette feels very blessed to have a job that showcases the strength and beauty of local communities. When Lisette is not working, you will find her spending time with her 3 children, Landen, Nancy and Asher and their pets Evvie and Junie.
